Please join us upstairs in the State Room at Buffalo Rose for a relaxing and informative evening where we creatively pair up some of the finest food in Colorado with the very best bourbons produced by Angel’s Envy, founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller, Lincoln Henderson.

Each guest receives a craft bourbon-based cocktail upon arrival. Once the program starts, you will be treated to five (5) tasting-sized expressions of the disillery’s finest spirits thoughtfully accompanied by a delicious array of small-plates created by Executive Chef Chris Zekos and the Buffalo Rose’s culinary team.

This is an unforgettable experience for both whiskey connoisseurs and those new to the spirit. A seasoned Angel’s Envy distiller will guide you through tastings of several signature series and private selection reserved bourbons as Chef Chris guides you through a tantalizing selection of perfectly paired gourmet bites. Ticket pricing includes a welcome cocktail, four (4) bourbon tasters and food pairings plus a delicious paired dessert finisher along with short but informative presentations by Angel’s Envy Distillery and the Buffalo Rose. Sales tax and gratuity are also included in the ticket price.
