One of the only new structures to be built during the recent renovation, The Buffalo Rose Sky Bar is a remarkable blend of contemporary and Old West architecture. Located along 12th street, the retractable glass roof certainly gets a lot of the attention. But along with the beautiful design, The Sky Bar offers the largest draft beer selection in town, a creative signature cocktail program, and a broad selection of fine wines. Our full food menu is served in the Sky Bar.
A PRIVATE GETAWAY OVERLOOKING GOLDEN
The State Room is located on the mezzanine level of The Buffalo Rose event venue directly above Washington Ave. With nearly 1000 square feet of steampunk elegance, The State Room has a private bar with its own highly curated drink program, views over downtown Golden and out to Lookout Mountain. The space also offers private bathrooms, an elegant fireplace, and two large TV screens for watching the live event streaming from the venue stage below or to enjoy televised sporting events.
Guests access The State Room through a dedicated entrance on Washington Ave. or through The Rose main venue space. The room is set-up with lounge and bar seating and is perfect for private receptions, networking events and social hours. Giant sliding glass doors open up on to the 2nd floor venue mezzanine, allowing guests to freely move from their private VIP suite out into the venue viewing area to enjoy a live event.
THE VENUE BAR
BEAUTIFULLY EFFICIENT
Designed to evoke an elegant theater lobby from a bygone era, the Venue Bar transitions guests from the Washington Ave. event venue entrance into the main floor event space. The venue bar offers a wide selection of draft and packaged beer, a full cocktail program, and a selection of house wines. This bar is utilized for live ticketed shows as well as larger private functions.
Whether you just want to grab a drink and head back to the show, challenge your buddy to a game of shuffleboard, watch the big game or the live show streaming from the stage on one of our two big screen TVs, or just sit back and relax in one of the comfortable seating areas, the event venue bar is the ideal combination of beauty and functionality.
