Lean On Me A Concert to Benefit Victims of the 2021 Marshall Fire

On December 30th, 2021, hurricane force winds up to 115 mph and parched conditions in Boulder County led to the devastating Marshall Fire, a fast-moving grass fire that forced tens of thousands of people to evacuate their homes in Superior, Louisville, and Broomfield. By the time a heavy snow ended the fire January 1st, an estimated 1084 structures had been completely destroyed. Less than 12 hours after igniting, the Marshall Fire became the most devastating in Colorado’s history in terms of structural and financial damage.

Here at the Buffalo Rose, we wanted to host a Benefit Concert

We’re all one big Rocky Mountain family, so naturally, Coloradans want to do our part to help those affected to rise stronger from the ashes.

On Sunday March 6th, with help of KDVR Fox31, The Buffalo Rose will host a fundraising concert featuring five incredible Colorado bands. This benefit will raise funds for the Marshall Fire Victims of Dec 30, 2021. All proceeds from the event will go to Community Foundation Boulder County Disaster relief for the  Marshall Fire.

 

The Event

Doors open at 5pm and the event will be hosted by Ashley Ryan of FOX31 News. There will be music, a raffle, sponsors and all manner of libations and entertainment. The music schedule is as follows:

6pm – FACE Vocal Band
7pm – The Jerseys, A Tribute to Frankie Valli & The Fours Seasons 
8pm – Forever In Blue Jeans, A Tribute to Neal Diamond
9pm – The Long Run, A Tribute to The Eagles
10pm – Soul X

Premium tables are available for VIP donors from $1K to $10K

Diamonds really are forever-at least for fans of Neil Diamond. Some of the best musicians in Denver come together to form a one of a kind Neil Diamond Tribute: Forever In Blue Jeans. FIBJ gives listeners the feeling that they’re at a real Neil Diamond show. The front man and mastermind of this project is Aaron Rose, a lifetime Neil Diamond fan. After honing his voice and presence to replicate those of the real Neil, Rose set out to find the perfect mix of musicians for the show. The Long Run

The Long Run, “Colorado’s Tribute to The Eagles,” hails from the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado. Born in 2009, the band immediately hit the road doing fairs and festivals all over the Four Corners region of the southwestern U.S., as well as many others. The band now has five of the busiest musicians on the Front Range, including two longtime members of the Colorado-based classic rock band,’Firefall. The Long Run continues more than a decade later, faithfully re-creating the 70s sound of America’s best selling rock band in history.
