El Loco Fandango was formed in January 2021 by three vets of the Colorado music scene . Don DiMasi, aka as The Reverend Donny D , guitar and lead vocals , late of Vivid Black . Mike Learn , aka Crusty Hill , guitar builder , world class artist on bass and vocals , late of The Grind and Lords of Distortion . Tim Elliott on drums and vocals , Tim plays in multiple tribute bands ( Boston , KISS , Styx , Foreigner ) . Together they have developed one of the most authentic tribute acts in the region .
