Please join us upstairs in the State Room at Buffalo Rose for a relaxing and informative evening where we creatively pair some of the finest food in Colorado with the exceptional expressions crafted by Tequila Ocho. Under the guidance of Maestro Tequilero Carlos Camarena, Tequila Ocho produces some of the most distinctive and terroir-driven tequilas you will ever taste — each one sourced from a single agave ranch in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Each guest receives a craft tequila-based cocktail upon arrival. Once the program starts, you will be treated to five (5) tasting-sized expressions of Tequila Ocho’s finest spirits, thoughtfully accompanied by a delicious array of small plates created by Executive Chef Chris Zekos and the Buffalo Rose’s culinary team.

This is an unforgettable experience for both tequila connoisseurs and those new to the spirit. A seasoned tequila expert will guide you through tastings of several of Ocho’s signature expressions as Chef Chris guides you through a tantalizing selection of perfectly paired gourmet bites. Savor the rich flavors and aromas as you learn how each tequila complements its companion dish.

Ticket pricing includes a welcome cocktail, four (4) tequila tasters and food pairings plus a delicious paired dessert finisher, along with short but informative presentations on Tequila Ocho and the Buffalo Rose.
