TEN YEARS GONE: A CELEBRATION OF THE MIGHTY LED ZEPPELIN
Ten Years Gone – A Led Zeppelin Tribute brings all the sonic mastery and energy to authentically recreate the amazingly memorable Led Zeppelin experience in an exhilarating live show. By combining the best live performance and studio album sound, Ten Years Gone gives music fans the ultimate tribute show to one of the greatest rock bands there ever was. Faithful recreations of equipment, style, and sound brings fans back to when the Hammer of the Gods was held by Led Zeppelin.
Ten Years Gone is lead by John McGah and his soaring vocals. He delivers Robert Plant’s iconic style and vintage high notes to a degree not many singers can reach. His high energy front-man prowess brings audiences to their feet at every show. Cody Sickler’s astute knowledge of Zeppelin’s musical catalog and Jimmy Page’s lead-guitar style brings Ten Years Gone to a new height of authenticity. His use of Jimmy Page’s famous Les Paul guitars brings all of the classic tones to the stage. Bret Perrin on electric and acoustic rhythm guitars rounds out the wall of sound that can be heard on Zeppelin’s studio recordings. Bret’s guitar element and backing vocals enriches the sound audience members hear at shows. Rhythmically holding the sound together is J. Simms on bass, who functions as the pulse of Ten Years Gone. J. is dedicated to the pursuit of emulating John Paul Jones’ legendary bass lines and musical sensibilities. Multi-instrumentalist Bill Galey’s orchestral touch on the keyboards and acoustic guitars is paramount in the recreation of Led Zeppelin’s music. He leads the band through epic show stoppers such as “Kashmir” and the beautiful “Rain Song.” On drums, Joe Lederman has mastered John Bonham’s thunderous style. As a lifelong fan of Bonzo’s, Joe has meticulously studied Zeppelin’s bombastic percussive side since he was a young boy; and he takes special pride in performing an authentically-inspired “Moby Dick” drum solo.
The band reproduces all of the hits, deep cuts, and folk and blues inspired songs in a way that captures all of the light and shade aesthetics, which Jimmy Page touts as one of the key aspects in Led Zeppelin’s music. Ten Years Gone’s incredible sonic and visual presence has developed on Colorado’s theater and festival stages.
“Led Zeppelin tribute bands are not uncommon, but Ten Years Gone is one of the really special ones. The lights, the musical quality, the energy, and the look; the band’s live performances do not disappoint.” — Denver Westword

The Long Run
“Colorado’s Tribute to The Eagles,” hails from the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado. Born in 2009, the band
immediately hit the road doing fairs and festivals all over the Four Corners region of the southwestern U.S., as well as many others. The band now has five
of the busiest musicians on the Front Range, including two longtime members of the Colorado-based classic rock band, ‘Firefall.’
In April, 2019, they celebrated their 10-year anniversary by hosting a successful concert at the famous Paramount Theatre in downtown Denver, only to be followed by an appearance at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, that same summer.
The Long Run continues more than a decade later, faithfully re-creating the 70s sound of America’s best selling rock band in history. They hope to perform
in many parts of the country they’ve never been to before, including your area, as the years go on.
My Blue Sky

Spinphony Electric String Quartet
A Special Valentines Presentation
Instrumental crossover string group “Spinphony” is breaking down barriers between classical, rock, and pop music. Mixing and mashing catchy melodies into unique arrangements such as “Bach in Black” and “Don’t Stop Beethoven”, Spinphony is more like a rock band than a string quartet with added choreography and beats. The four stunning ladies who often get mistaken for sisters, are winning over audiences with their creative and high energy performances nationwide. They have over 50k Facebook followers and have released five studio albums which are on the forefront of classical/rock crossover music. Their one of a kind sound is refreshing and will leave audiences with a whole new appreciation for instrumental music. Whether you’re a fan of ACDC, Vivaldi, or Bruno Mars, the Spinphony show is music that everyone will love!
The quartet is comprised of Brett Omara and Anna Morris on violin, Michaela Borth on 5 String, and Liz Gergel on cello. Combined, the ladies have been playing their instruments for over 100 years. They have performed shows worldwide and collaborated with 2 Cellos, Evanescence, Il Volo, Josh Groban and Michael Bublé to name a few.

Phillip Lamar & Paizley Park
The Experience of Prince
If you’re going to pay tribute to one of the all-time best-selling artists, then you’d better have something serious to bring. With sales of more than 150 million records, there are a lot of fans who know every note played, every costume worn and every choreographed step by the late megastar, Prince, and doing it half-way just won’t cut it. Paizley Park is the creation of Phillip Lamar who formed the band at the urging of his friends and fans who (thankfully) convinced him that his vocal and physical attributes were spot on resemblances to THE Purple one.
But there is more to forming a successful tribute band, especially a PRINCE tribute band, than appearance and talent – a lot more. Countless hours are consumed watching concert videos, studying every nuanced move and every arrangement variation, all before the first musician is auditioned. Then, the work of finding players who are both, competent and excited about the project starts.
Fortunately, there was no lack of professional musicians wanting to step into the opportunity of playing a role in the recreation of Prince’s dynamic band. Paizley Park came together in January 2016. Four months later, Prince left us and the Denver tribute’s notoriety skyrocketed.
Paizley Park may be too large for many clubs as word about its completely authentic presentation of Prince and his backing band, The Revolution, has spread. Multiple costume changes, intricate choreography and spot-on musical delivery combine to recreate the performances of a true superstar. Audiences are teleported back to the memory of their favorite show, or to the show they were sorry to have missed and as buzz for the band grows with each appearance the future for Paizley Park is a bright Purple.

Smokin’ is a Boston Tribute band made up of entirely Colorado musicians and singers. We’ve played Parker Days, Taste of Colorado, plus packed crowds in at The Buffalo Rose, Oriental Theatre and lots of festivals and venues across the Front Range.
Smokin’ has dedicated themselves to the task of faithfully reproducing the energetic, textured and melodic music of Boston and other similar groups from the era including Kansas, REO Speedwagon, ELO and more. The soaring guitars, the swirling keyboards and lush harmony vocals that we all remember on classic FM staples such as “More Than a Feeling, Peace of Mind, Foreplay/Long Time, Don’t Look Back, Amanda, Hitch a Ride, Cool the Engines, Smokin” and more. Boston has sold more than 75 million and had a career spanning over 40 years! There has not been a local Boston Tribute, UNTIL NOW!
Smokin’ has made a huge splash in the local live music scene over the past 2 years and now you can be part of that magic and see your crowd strumming their air guitars in unison and belting out all the positive, energetic, life affirming hits with the band! Krewe De Groove is Colorado’s authentic southern funk unit. The band mixes catchy originals with a heavy dose of New Orleans, classic 70’s funk and disco, r&b, hip hop, acid jazz and beyond. Founded in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina washed Bagus Haig all the way to Denver, the band has been a favorite for local festivals, beer gardens and nightclubs looking for a full concert experience for their audiences. Krewe de Groove provides a fun and funky New Orleans flavored mix of spunky originals and danceable covers by The Meters, Funkadelic, Dr. John, Professor Longhair and more.
Review: “Krewe De Groove wowed our Boulder crowd with super fun funk energy on a busy Saturday night. These musicians are pros, but they pull off a cool relaxed vibe as they deliver a jumpin’ performance.” – Michael Belochi, owner of BOCO Cider, winner of The 100 Bands Award for cultivating the Colorado music scene.

Golden Civic Foundation
Since 1970, the Golden Civic Foundation has had a profound impact on our community by partnering with residents, government, businesses, schools and nonprofit organizations to ensure essential programs and services work together to achieve lasting, positive change. This profound impact started in the late 1960s when the City of Golden was a much different place – nearly 40 percent of downtown Golden was vacant and the existing businesses had a difficult time surviving. There was a dire need for civic improvements, but tax revenues and other public funds were simply not available. It was at this point when a group of businessmen, Heinie Foss, Fred Partridge and Joe Meyer, along with other City officials formed the Golden Civic Foundation in May 1970.
Our mission is to invest in the economic and cultural vitality of the Golden Community. Since 1970, we have provided Civic Development, Community Grants and Small Business Loans with the help of our partnerships, donations, and volunteers. Our charter is clear: to champion the passion and spirit of those who inhabit our neighborhoods, to assist beyond what’s expected, and ultimately abide by the “Golden Rule.”

With Special Guest : KING MARGO
King Margo is Lucciana Costa and Rachel Coats, who grew up 40 minutes apart but didn’t meet until many years later in the middle of a Kentucky field.
Lucciana grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, discovering the slide guitar at 12 years old, which led to her playing in several local bands throughout her teens. Rachel, from Toledo, Ohio, also cut her teeth on the local gig scene with her musically inclined family. An upright bass player since middle school, Rachel continued on to play in several orchestras and earned a Music Education degree from Bowling Green State University.
Both women spent their twenties building a steady rotation of live shows, studio work and a gun-for-hire reputation as multi-instrumentalists. Rachel was selected to join several international touring artists in the folk-pop realm on bass and vocals. Lucciana focused on songwriting and composition, spending half a decade in Los Angeles honing her craft and scoring films and commercials. Eventually Lucciana and Rachel found themselves in Nashville, both hired for the same touring band where they met for the first time. They connected instantly, both musically and personally, and the seeds for what would eventually become King Margo were planted.

Rubber Souls, formed in 2016, draws from some of Denver’s most talented musicians (who also happen to be big Beatles fans). They perform around the Denver area to the delight of Beatles’ fans young and old, recreating the beloved Beatles music and arrangements in great detail. Prepare yourself for an evening of epic Beatles covers done by some of the best.
Rubber Souls are:
Mike Massé (lead vocals, piano, guitar) is a YouTube icon and professional musician with a worldwide fanbase, thanks to his widely viewed YouTube channel (165M views). Massé was a public defender for 13 years before quitting his day job to become a full-time musician. His “epic acoustic classic rock” covers have been praised by many of the original artists (Toto called Mike’s acoustic cover of “Africa” their favorite). He has toured as a vocalist with original members of the band Boston. He appeared in a Google ad tribute to Prince during the Grammys. His famous acoustic cover of Toto’s “Africa” was even parodied on TBS’ “American Dad.” He can be seen performing at public and private concerts around the globe, including recent performances in Liverpool. Mike’s youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEVZNpzM9oDegvplv5Z36Sw Mike’s website: https://mikemasse.com/
Mike Johnson (lead guitar, vocals), guitarist and composer, has been performing for over 50 years. While he studied classical and electronic music, he was raised on Beatles music and is mainly self-taught in guitar and composition. Mike is the founder and leader of the internationally celebrated “avant-rock” group Thinking Plague, with whom he has written and produced eight CDs, two LPs, and tracks on various compilations. He is also a member of the “experimental folk-jazz-rock” group, Hamster Theatre, with whom he has recorded three studio and one live CDs. Mike has performed all over the U.S. and Europe, and has recorded with The Science Group (France), Yugen (Italy), Fred Frith (Henry Cow), David Shamrock (Sleepytime Gorilla Museum), Dave Willey, Janet Feder, and many others. Thinking Plague on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thinking_Plague Thinking Plague/Cuneiform Records: http://cuneiformrecords.com/bandshtml/thinking.html
Jon Stubbs (keyboard, guitar, vocals) grew up playing and singing Beatles songs; which has inspired his love of unusual rhythms, soul-penetrating chords, gorgeous melodies, and evocative sounds. Jon often shares Beatles songs with his music students. In addition to Rubber Souls, Jon plays with the bands: Hamster Theatre and Zimbira. Jon is also house bass player for BDT Stage in Boulder, which is currently celebrating its 46th and final season of music theater. Ron Perron (bass, vocals) has been playing bass since he was 15, and has performed with Big Band Jazz ensembles, jazz trios and quartets, and rock and pop bands, in clubs, theaters and concert venues, as well as spending some time in recording studios. From the Concert Club scene in Chicago in the late 70’s, to Denver, Dallas, and LA in the 80’s and 90’s, Ron has a rich history of performance. He has been with thee prog/pomp band Stencil Forest on and off for many years as well. You can hear their last released album, The Abyss, on Spotify, Apple Music, You Tube, etc
Henry Lokay (drums) has been playing and performing for 55+ years. He started playing at an early age and cut his teeth on classic rock but his influences come from a wide variety of styles (Neil Peart, Todd Sucherman, Ringo, Phil Ehart, Buddy Rich, Art Blakey, James Bradley Jr.). He studied with some of the pros in the Boston scene during his years at UMass Lowell and had the privilege of coming under the tutelage of jazz great Alan Dawson. He plied his trade in theater and orchestras around the Boston area for a time but has come back to his roots since moving to Colorado, performing in tribute bands Paradise Theatre (Styx) and Forever Man (Clapton). You can check out his work on those band’s FB pages and his own YouTube page.

THE MIDNIGHT RIVER CHOIR
The Formation Of Midnight River Choir Was Nothing Short Of A Force Of Nature That Now Translates Seamlessly During Their Live Shows. This Band Needs No Labels Or Comparisons. Their Music Speaks Volumes About Who And What They Are. Their Lives Have Been Woven Together By A Strong Thread Of Energy Both On And Off Stage. That Energy Is Raw And Natural And Soaked Up From The Earth Through Their Bare Feet. They Believe That What You Get Is What You Give And They Give Everything They Have To Their Crowds. When That Kind Of Energy Lands Back At The Feet Of The Boys It Is Something Of Supreme Intensity. And No One Ever Forgets It.
THE BARLOW
You’ve heard of Texas country and Oklahoma red dirt. No doubt you’re also familiar with outlaw country and Southern rock. Now take all those Americana music styles and change the scenery. How about Denver, Colorado? That’s exactly where you’ll find The Barlow, a rugged, four-piece band brewing its own mountain-high version of Colorado country. One listen to The Barlow’s third full-length album New Year, Old Me available June 24th, and you hear a fresh spin on a familiar sawdust-floor friend.
The Barlow – Shea Boynton on vocals, guitar, and banjo; Jason Berner on bass; Ben Richter on drums; and Brad Johnson on guitar and vocals – consider New Year, Old Me a giant, boot-print step toward solidifying their sound. These four guys have no desire to blend into the background. They have something to say.
With special guest : JOE STAMM
Joe Stamm Band offers distinct storytelling mixed with a signature Black Dirt Country Rock sound – a sound that Stamm defines as “a nod to our Midwestern roots, as well as the Red Dirt music scene, which has had a big influence on our music.”
“There’s a sinewy, rootsy texture to his inflections, always evocative and drenched in a rock ‘n roll spirit.” — B-Sides & Badlands
From playing in middle-of-nowhere dives to being named Peacemaker Fest’s 2023 “Emerging Artist of the Year,” JSB has earned the grit and stage presence to support artists like Chris Knight, Whiskey Myers, Shane Smith and the Saints, and more. It’s the same rough-edged outlaw spirit from their early days that JSB brings to any stage and every audience today…

The Buffalo Rose presents KISSm
KISSm is the Premier and only KISS tribute band in the Rocky Mountain Region. Formed in 2013 by Michael Morrow (Starchild) and Jeff Sekera (Demon) they dug in creating an experience that made you feel like you were at a show. Once Craig Jahns (Spaceman) joined shortly thereafter, they really became authentic as every bend and vibrato is spot on. Tim Elliott (Catman) joined a few years later forming what has been the band since 2018. In authentic costumes and full makeup, they take the stage in 7″ platform shoes ripping through a KISS catalog that is vast. Fans have come to know that they will play the mainstays but change their setlist up every show. You never know which deep cut will be in the show that night. Blood, Smoking Guitar, you betcha. The bulbs of the KISS sign illuminate the stage, this is the alter of fandom of a band that captures your imagination. The band only plays about 6 shows a year and it’s always a rendezvous of fans enjoying their favorite band.
